Welcome!

My name is Niccole Rosa. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and advocate.  I am the owner of Synchronistic Healing Counseling Services, established in 2020. 

I have a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling, and degrees in  Psychology, Women & Gender Studies, and Human Development & Family Studies. I completed my studies at University of Delaware + City College of NY.

I have 13 years of experience in the mental health field, working in a wide range of settings, including Foster Care, Substance Use Outpatient Clinics,

Suicide Crisis hotlines,  Transitional housing,  Sexual  Violence Support, Applied Behavioral Analysis Programs, Juvenile Detention Centers, & Residential Centers.

I enjoy working with an eclectic approach, as I believe that there is immense value in combining the right cocktail of techniques in order to accommodate each individual's unique intersectional identity. I believe that the integration of mind, body, and soul is the key to profound healing. Trauma is stored in the body, alters your mind, and weighs down your soul.
